SUNDIALS

Our project deals with the application of conic sections. Here we use Hyperbola and it's application, Sundials, the earliest type of timekeeping device, which indicates the time of the day by the position of the shadow of some object exposed to the sun's rays. In this project we explain about the working of sundials, how hyperbola is applicable in it, and hyperbola help sundials in time calculation.
